This 19-year veteran of China is the king of style for the team, leading us astray in only the best of foreign establishments… after which we are kindly asked not to return. A multiple veteran of, Bangkok, Hong Kong and Mongolia, Jeakins is a recipient of the famed Finkle Award. Recently he has been a little lost without his sidekick Robert in nets. But he has become grounded with the addition of Debbie and then Judy into his life. On tour in Bangkok & Ulaan Baatar... the old JJ returns, leading the team in dreaded vodka shooters - chilled with a twist of lemon. Mongolians, Russians, Japanese - heck, everyone... fears a bout of drinks with the Hammer. On the ice, he is an anchor for the defense, always in position, cruising the blue-line ready to drill in another goal.

In the 2007 Bangkok Tournament, The Hammer laid low ex-NHL goon Troy Crowder just before he scored the game winning goal against North Bay!
